A conspicuous symbol of anti-Trump sentiment in international protests is set to be on display next week near the White House during the president’s July 4th address.

Reports indicate the activist organization Code Pink has secured permits to float the giant “Baby Trump” balloon somewhere on the National Mall on Independence Day.

The group’s theme for a corresponding rally is “Freedom from Trump,” and co-founder Medea Benjamin expressed some of its concerns.

“The president is shifting the 4th of July festivities to celebrate his administration,” she said. “We will bring together people opposed to the pain and suffering caused by this administration, from family separation at the border to supplying weapons used by Saudi Arabia to kill Yemeni children.”
