After a petition for Netflix to cancel a new streaming series, the company promised on Twitter that it would not produce any more episodes.

Of course, the show in question — “Good Omens” — is actually an Amazon Prime show and the misguided petitioners apparently didn’t do their research.

“Ok we promise not to make any more,” Netflix UK & Ireland quipped in response to an article about the petition.

In a tweet directed at its competitor, Amazon Prime tweeted: “Hey [Netflix], we’ll cancel Stranger Things if you cancel Good Omens.”
