A team of conservative filmmakers are reportedly looking to establish a live play based on text messages between former FBI agent Peter Strzok and his then-mistress Lisa Page.

Strzok worked on the investigation into the President Trump and his administration. Both he and Page have been frequent targets for Trump’s insistence that the special counsel investigation was a partisan “witch hunt.”

Multiple sources hint that a play based on their relationship during this period is in the works. “FBI Lovebirds: Undercovers” is reportedly scheduled for a live reading soon.

The forces behind this project appear to want Trump’s support as well as his attendance at a performance.

Once source said producers are “lobbying the White House hard,” adding he has been told “the president loves the idea of exposing this.”

Among those linked to the project are director Phelim McAleer and actress Kristy Swanson, set to portray Page.
