Are you satisfied with your job? Anything like an easy job? Do you feel a sense of peace in your work environment? let us consider the points discussed in this article.
What comes to your mind whenever you think of your job? How do you feel when you wake up every morning knowing you have to work?
Does that stress you or make you happy?
Think about this, a lot of people work more than 8 hours a day to make ends meet and yet they end up being able to pay just for rent, put food on the table and sometimes go on a holiday.
A quote from Wikipedia states, the gap between rich and poor can be illustrated by the fact that the 3 wealthiest individuals in the world have assets that exceed those of the poorest 10 percent of the world’s population.
I really think this deserves a second thought.
WHAT MAKES A JOB FULFILLING?
What makes a job fulfilling? Let’s stick to the point. is it about how much money you get or the challenges you face? Some would answer a straight yes, others would say it may be the connections you make.
Maybe the work environment and the requirements or the benefits you get from the job.
Whatever opinion you may have, one certainty is that every job whatever it is does requires some sort of sacrifice, you may have to sacrifice your time, energy, intellect and much more just to make ends meet.
Finally something to ask yourself, Are we all well compensated for our efforts? What makes a job fulfilling? How would you define a fulfilling job? Is it about how much money you make?
ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH YOUR JOB?
What do you need from your job that you are not getting? We all have different desires that need to be fulfilled.
Any job that does not boost your moral and confidence or add something to your life may probably never fulfill you.
To conclude, I wouldn’t say there is an easy job because what one person finds easy may be difficult for another
So in the true sense I think there is nothing like an easy Job, all jobs require some sacrifice of some sort.
Finally Take some time to think about what you do for a living and ask yourself this question, am I really fulfilled with my Job? If your answer is no, then you might as well consider thinking about your potentials and where you best fit in.
