There is exactly one financial rating agency for cryptocurrencies around the world that allocates grades. It’s called Weiss Ratings. The rating agency has tweeted that Microsoft’s Skype could soon integrate Ripple’s XRP into their platform. In the future, users could send each other tips and microtransactions via the XRP TipBot.
Weiss Ratings was founded in 1971 as a regular financial rating agency. In early 2018, the company launched a new website called Crypto Currency Ratings. Today 122 cryptocurrencies are rated on this page.
Weiss Rating comments on the XRP TipBot and Skype via Twitter:
#XRP may soon get integrated into #Skype, picking up access to 300 million users for their XRP #TipBot app to send messages to users. XRP TipBot already can be used with #Outlook, #Reddit, #Twitter, #Gmail. #moreAdoption

The XRP TipBot, developed by XRPL Labs, is already deployed on platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Gmail, and Microsoft Outlook. XRPL Labs is a Ripple-supported startup. With the addition of support for Skype, a post was also created on the Skype forum requesting support for XRP. The contribution received over 2,000 votes. Microsoft, which owns Skype, is also testing Blockchain technology in other areas, and several projects are already using the Azure cloud platform.
