Team News:

Pakistan had a horrifying warm-up. Afghanistan defeated them by three wickets. Pakistan batsmen were restricted to 262 runs in Bristol. Batting is not a very strong point for Pakistan, but still, the batters can put a good show when required. If bowling is concerned, Pakistan has still some hope. Especially Wahab Riaz can turn the game any day in Pakistan’s favor. As a young team, Pakistan has the potential to give a fight and come back. They will surely look for a great start.

For the West Indies, they had a good outing against New Zealand in their last warm-up. The batsmen, Shai Hope, Andre Russell all looked in great touch. Hope is going to be a key player. He has been in terrific form since the last five ODIs. West Indies bowling department is not up to the mark. But with a massive score on board, the bowlers can defend it quite well. So, for West Indies, the batters need to click really well if they want to have a good beginning in the World Cup 2019.

Pitch and Weather:

The pitch will have elements for bowlers as well. Although there is no forecast of rain as such, it will be overcast. Sunlight can be expected in between.
