Murli Vijay likely get a nod
Chennai Super Kings will be feeling really confident as the defending champions of the competition. In their previous match against Delhi Capitals, they opted to play with an extra seam bowling option in Shardul Thakur. Murli Vijay could come into the side for the final if MS Dhoni desires extra batsmen instead. Other than that, CSK has nothing to worry about regarding form or injury.

Mumbai seek the fate of the destiny
Speaking of not worrying, Mumbai Indians would aim to create history by becoming the first team to win four titles. They had qualified for the final after beating CSK in the first qualifier in Chennai. Due to the spinning nature of the Chennai wicket, Jayant Yadav was preferred ahead of any other pacer. Come what may, Rohit Sharma may opt to bring in Mitchell McClenaghan as an extra seamer in the mix. Other than that, there is unlikely to be any more changes.
The Hyderabad pitch has been two-faced this season. The wicket has produced as high scores as 220 and also as low as 80. The seamers have enjoyed bowling more on this wicket than the spinners. The temperatures will stay in the mid-30s during the evening. Dew may have a very little contribution during the late evening.
