Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio celebrated her 38th birthday over the weekend, but still has the sensational bikini body of a 20-something bombshell.

Alessandra retired as a Victoria’s Secret model in 2017 but stays in top shape with an organic diet, cardio exercise, yoga workouts, and calisthenics.

Alessandra Ambrosio: I Exercise to Feel Good

Judging by her sleek physique, it’s hard to believe that Ambrosio has two small children.

Amazingly, Ambrosio didn’t start working out regularly until she had her first child in 2008. Now, the 5-foot-9 Brazilian beauty says exercise is a part of her life.

“My workout regime has changed more after giving birth to my children, as I didn’t really exercise before,” Alessandra told Harper’s Bazaar. “It’s very important to lead a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet and exercise.”

Workouts Include Cardio, Yoga and Strength-Training

Like other fitness fanatics, Ambrosio works out to feel good and stay healthy. “I think my motivation is more to stay healthy than look good,” she said.

Ambrosio’s workout routine alternates between yoga, Pilates, cardio exercise, calisthenics and light weightlifting.

Alessandra is often photographed by paparazzi around Los Angeles heading to and from gym workouts.

Beauty Secrets Include Sunscreen and Exfoliation

Ambrosio’s diet combines high-quality proteins, lots of salads and vegetables, sushi and green tea.

“For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast,” she said. “After my workout I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch, where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian barbecue at home. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the times in case I get hungry while I’m running around.”

Alessandra Ambrosio says her beauty secrets include daily sunscreen, exfoliation, and moisturizer.

Ambrosio says sunblock is a must, since she loves hanging out at the beach with her two children.

“Make sure to moisturize and hydrate while you’re at the beach, so when you are ready to go to dinner, you can just add some tinted moisturizer,” she told Vogue.

Ambrosio also moisturizes every day to keep her skin soft and supple. So far, so good!
