Brinkley is returning to Broadway this week, where she resumes the role of Roxie Hart in the hit musical “Chicago,” starting April 18.

Christie — a three-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl — credits an organic vegetarian diet, yoga workouts, light weightlifting, and walking for her bombshell bikini body at age 65.

Brinkley has been a vegetarian since 13, citing her love for animals. She claims that not eating meat has made her healthier, more energetic, and youthful.

Christie discussed her return to Broadway and her anti-aging diet tips on the Wendy Williams Show this week (video below).

“I made the decision [to become vegetarian at age 13] because I loved animals,” Brinkley has said. “I’ve avoided the constant antibiotic injections into animals and the growth hormones.”

Christie’s Happiness Secret Is an Attitude of Gratitude

Christie Brinkley says maintaining a positive attitude and being grateful for her blessings has helped her remain happy despite four divorces and other personal setbacks.

“I really believe attitude plays a huge part in how you feel,” Christie said. “One of the best is to care about the world around you.”

In addition to a vegetarian diet, Christie maintains her age-defying bikini body by working out every day, alternating between yoga and light weightlifting workouts. She also enjoys dance classes and walking.

Brinkley said being grateful for all the blessings in your life is a key anti-aging beauty secret.

“When you feel good, you look good,” said Christie. “Being flexible and grateful contributes a lot to your happiness, which contributes to your health and to your looks.”
