Actress Jessica Biel credits a low-carb Paleo diet, yoga, CrossFit, and Pilates workouts for her sizzling bikini body at age 37.

Biel is a longtime fitness fanatic who once obsessively exercised up to six hours a day. As a result, the wife of Justin Timberlake sported a buff, muscular physique in her twenties.

While her athletic good looks undeniably cemented her Hollywood career, Biel regrets capitalizing on her sex appeal to get famous.

“I wish I would’ve explored some different shapes, and not gone so sexy all the time,” Jessica told InStyle. “I think if you look at some of my earlier [fashion] choices, maybe it didn’t need to always be about the body.”

Biel Sports a Leaner Physique After Cutting Back on Workouts

In recent years, Biel has leaned out quite a bit. She now sports a sleeker physique after scaling back on weightlifting, focusing on yoga, and modifying her diet.

Lately, Jessica has become a proponent of the Paleo diet — a gluten-free eating plan that emphasizes high-quality animal proteins, healthy fats and non-starchy vegetables. Paleo excludes alcohol, sugar, dairy, legumes, and processed foods.

Jessica says modifying her diet has made her look better, but it also makes her feel better — physically and mentally.

“I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,” Biel told the Los Angeles Times. “My digestion is better. I have more energy. I just try to eat really healthy. Of course, I have cheat days and will go out and have cookies and pizza.”

After Biel gave birth to son Silas in 2015, she lost the baby weight in record time by following the Paleo diet and doing cardio exercise, light weightlifting, yoga and Pilates.

Another celebrity who credits a low-carb Paleo-style diet and yoga for her sizzling bikini body is pop princess Britney Spears.

Britney often shares her workout routines on Instagram, and says exercise keeps her physically fit, mentally sharp, and happy, as HVY reported.

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” Britney told Women’s Health. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
