‘She’s Very Motivated’
Khloe’s fitness trainer credited six-day-a-week workouts and a portion-controlled diet that limits carbs for her dramatic weight loss.
“She’s lost 40 pounds,” her trainer Joel Bouraima told People. “She’s back to right around where she was before the pregnancy.”
Khloe’s workouts combined fat-blasting cardio exercise and light weightlifting to promote muscle tone.

Khloe Kardashian was a workout fanatic before getting pregnant. On her hit reality TV show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” the 5-foot-10 brunette argued with her mom, Kris Jenner, because Kris wanted Khloe to gain 80 pounds during her pregnancy.
Khloe told Kris that doctors advised her to minimize weight gain amid fears that she would have a difficult delivery if her baby got too big in-utero.
Khloe Watched Her Diet During Pregnancy
Kardashian’s physician explained that because Khloe and her then-boyfriend (the 6-foot-9 Cleveland Cavalier, Tristan Thompson) were so big, their baby could get too big in-utero and force Khloe to get a C-section.
Because Khloe wanted to prevent that as well as other complications from excessive pregnancy weight gain, she followed a healthy, portion-controlled diet and tried to exercise regularly.
When it came to losing weight after delivery, Khloe was equally disciplined, her trainer said.
“She’s very motivated,” Bouraima said. “She uses workouts to feel better. If she feels bad, she does a workout, and boom! She feels better.”
Khloe: I Felt Insecure Because of My Hot Sisters
While Khloe Kardashian is now a fitness role model for her legions of young fans, she has admitted feeling insecure about her body growing up with her attractive older sisters, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian.
The snarky media haven’t helped either, with tabloids calling her “Big Foot” and “Sasquatch” during her heavier days.
But in recent years, Khloe has embraced daily exercise, saying it relieves stress and makes her feel happier and more confident. Looking fitter than ever doesn’t hurt, either.
